Rease Meana is a former Assistant Vice President of the known real estate giant, Megaworld. At the age of 33, she left her stable work to pursue her passion. Reese is now the owner of the thriving Lead Realty. Now at age 35, Reese is an entrepreneur known by her employees for being a perfectionist and a feminist. As she said, “In a world where gender is an issue and men dominate, never did it occur to me to stop pursuing my dreams in being a top broker.” Being true to her words, she became the Top 1 Broker in Megaworld in 2017. As she continued to set an example to our fellow women, she again placed as Top 5 Broker in 2018, bringing with her the company name. As of the moment, she is 12 years in the real estate business and is now the CEO of this company she built from scratch.

Mike Kingsu, partnered as co-founder of Reese in 2018. Like Reese he is an expert in the real estate industry being part of it for 9 years, and known as the youngest Assistant Vice President in Megaworld during his generation. As the Chief Operating Officer of Lead Realty, it was expected that he was the best in his field. And true enough, his history did not disappoint. He placed Top 1 in 2011 and Top 4 in 2012.
