Position: Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any of the following (BS Marketing Management, BS Advertising, BS Communications, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years experience as a Marketing Professional
  • Has a background in Real Estate Marketing (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in handling social media, youtube, and website
  • Can work on-site in BGC, Taguig City
  • Has a strong leadership skills
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Has great communications skills

He or she must possess a comely personality that gets along well with workmates and clients. Helpful, considerate, and witty in handling our elite set of clientele to problem-solve dilemmas to successfully meet their needs and wants. He or she must be familiar with different marketing platforms such as MS Office, and social platforms. Aspiring Real Estate Agents must also have a strong sales negotiation and communication skills that would boost his or her commission rate to its full capacity. Lastly, he or she should be honest, truthful, and diligent in doing tasks above anything else.

Property Coordinators are hands-on professionals that face the respected clients of the company. They are the ones who give detailed information online through different portals or through calls to potential business partners. They assist the existing clients regarding their property concerns, which involves answering calls from time to time and updating clients. Lastly, they tour clients to their potential homes while they give a worthwhile insight about the property.
